Yes they don’t tend to overeat, etc, but when you condsier what goes into the foods that are very popular here you start to see much less preservatives and leaner, healthier foods.Also what I think is a great factor is that Japanese traditionally work into and sometimes through their old age. I’ve noticed through my own experience that once you stop doing something for a living (or something you’ve been used to doing on a daily basis) your body and mind start to deteriorate at a much faster rate than before.
