A Tunisian national who met with one of the men arrested for plotting to bomb a Canadian train has been arrested in New York on visa fraud charges.
Ahmed Abassi is believed to have helped radicalize Chiheb Esseghaier, one of two men charged in Canada with conspiracy to carry out an attack and kill people.
