THEY GOT HIM! Boston Marathon Bomber In Custody
Friday night, less than a week after killing three people and injuring over 170 others in a terrorist bombing, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is the custody of FBI and Boston police officials.
Tsarnaev, 19, identified as “suspect two” in the photographs released by the FBI this week, was discovered hiding inside a boat in the backyard of a home in Watertown, Massachusetts. The homeowner had been in his backyard earlier in the day and saw nothing but as evening approached noticed something amiss about the boat just after the police order to stay inside had been lifted by Governor Deval Patrick. Mayor Of West, Texas Estimates Up To 40 Dead
West, Texas Mayor Tommy Muska said that 35 to 40 people are dead from the massive explosion that leveled a quarter of the town.
Muska said he arrived at the estimated death toll based on the number of people who have not been identified by local officials. Among the missing and believed dead are six firefighters and four emergency medical technicians. Continue reading
Yellowstone’s Volcano Bigger Than Previously Believed
A report at the Seismological Society of America’s annual meeting shows that the volcano under Yellowstone National Park is bigger and much better connected than previous scientific reports.

Witness “Saw The Babies’ Chests Move”
A witness in the Philadelphia Abortion House of Horrors trial testified that she saw the chests of babies moving and heard them making noises before Dr. Kermit Gosnell killed them.
Kareema Cross, the final prosecution witness, testified that she personally saw 10 babies breathe before they were killed. She also said that she saw three babies “move their arms and legs” and heard a fourth baby give out a soft whine before Gosnell killed them. Terrorists Planning Attack On British Army Base Jailed
Four men who plotted to blow up a British Army base by placing a bomb inside a toy car have been jailed after pleading guilty to the plot.
Zahid Iqbal, Mohammed Sharfaraz Ahmed, Umar Arshad and Syed Farhan Hussain all will be spending at least five years behind bars for their roles in the conspiracy. Iqbal and Ahmed were sentenced to 16 years, 11 in jail, after the judge called them a “continuing risk” to the public. Continue reading

A week of earthquakes across Japan is heading into the weekend with a 7.0 magnitude quake.
