Walking By Faith
Walking by faith is not easy. If it were easy, more people would be doing it. However, if you are willing to pay the price, walking by faith is doable–and well worth the commitment. Faith walking means you believe what God has said in His Word, and then you act on it before you see any evidence of what has been promised. When you truly believe God’s Word, then your words will agree with His. Discover what God’s Word says about your situation and then say what God says. Continue reading
Abiding In the Word
“I Am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. John 15:5-7 Continue reading
Christian, What Do You Have?
So many times we hear ourselves saying, “I don’t have enough money,” or, “I don’t have any answers,” or, “I don’t know what to do.” This appears true in the natural realm, but, what do we really have as Christians? Many believers know (but there are many who don’t) — that IN CHRIST, we have everything we need!! Continue reading
Your Words Create Your World
“Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth.” Proverbs 6:2
In other words, whether good or bad, our words dominate us. Confession is a very important part of our faith and Hebrews 11:6 tells us that God requires that we have faith to please Him. We can increase our faith by hearing God’s Word according to Romans 10:17 “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Continue reading
Praying the Word
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.” ~ Psalm 103:2
“Lord, in obedience to Your Word in Psalm 103, I recall and receive by faith anew today ALL the benefits Jesus has provided for me:”
1. Jesus has forgiven all my sins.
2. He is my Healer, and I receive my healing and health today.
3. My life is redeemed from destruction.
4. I am crowned with His loving-kindness and tender mercies.
5. He satisfies my mouth with good things so that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6. He executeth righteousness and judgment for me against oppression. I’m free.
7. He makes known His ways to me. I am His child and I follow Him.
8. I receive His grace and mercy and obtain it in times of need.
“And Father God, according to Philippians 1:9,10 I pray that my love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that I may approve the things that are excellent, that I may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God in Jesus’ Mighty Name I pray – Amen”
