Hold On! Hold Fast!

God’s instruction for these challenging times is — HOLD ON and HOLD FAST!!
Friend, God intended for you to be on the Earth at this time. He has knit you together in such a manner that your talents, abilities, and personality are needed in the Body of Christ. Never doubt your significance – you are important to God! You were meant to be alive now and make an impact in the world. You contain God’s Spirit if you’re born again and God has a wonderful plan and destiny for you. (Psalms 139) Continue reading
Forgive and Let God Do the Rest
This is a very important message.
Ephesians 4:32–And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
People like to say, “I can forgive, but I cannot forget.” Have you heard that before? Now, in the first place, nowhere in the Bible does God tell you to forgive and then to forget. It is not in the Bible! The devil is adding something here to make the whole thing burdensome. Continue reading
Be Glad!
“The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation of the wicked shall perish.” Proverbs 10:28
Being “Happy” is a decision. It is not a feeling – it is a choice. Hope makes you happy! “Happy is he that the God of Jacob has for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God.” Psalm 146:5
Psalm 32:11 says, “Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.” Continue reading
The Indwelling Holy Spirit
“So too the (Holy) Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer…but the Spirit Himself…pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.” (Romans 8:26 Amp)
As long as you are alive on this Earth, you’re going to deal with weaknesses. What is your weakness? The flesh and body you live in is subject to death and to the physical world around you. However, your reborn spirit doesn’t want to sin. Your spirit wants to be completely obedient to God. It is the weakness of the flesh that causes you to fall prey to temptations around you.
