ISIS Slaughters Kobani Families In Their Homes

Islamic terrorist group ISIS launched a surprise attack on the Kurdish held city of Kobani Thursday night, slaughtering entire families inside their homes.

Survivors of the assault told the Christian Science Monitor of the devastation of the assault.

Silva Sheikh, 7, talked to CSM outside of a hospital with her T-shirt covered in the blood of her mother, father, grandfather and grandmother who were gunned down by the terrorists.

“I took my brothers and sisters by the hand and we escaped, but I forgot the pram with baby Linda inside,” she cries as her other siblings sit silently with her.

“My neighbors told me IS entered the house and killed everyone but the children” explains their aunt, Aida Sheikh, who collected them after an ambulance brought them across the border. “Everyone we’ve called in Kobane is too scared to go rescue the baby. Look at these innocent children. How will I care for them? What will I tell them?”

Witnesses say the terrorists were disguised as allied militia.

“I assume that the main purpose of the attack was almost certainly not to take and hold Kobane, but to throw the Kurds off balance and force them to divert forces to protect Kobane and other rear areas, so as to ease the threat they pose to Isis’s ‘capital’ in Raqqa,” said Yezid Sayegh, an expert at the Carnegie Middle East Centre in Beirut. “Consequently, Isis didn’t need to use large numbers of fighters, just enough to do something dramatic – easily done by attacking a ‘soft’ target such as civilians.”

Army Website Hit By Syrian Hackers

The U.S. Army’s official website was taken down Monday by hackers who claim they were the Syrian Electronic Army.

The attack forced the Army to take army.mil offline to protect from further damage.

The hacking comes less than a week after the discovery of Chinese hackers breaking into several important federal government servers that housed the personal information of millions of federal employees.

“Today an element of the Army.mil service provider’s content was compromised,” Army Brig. Gen. Malcolm Frost said in a statement. “After this came to our attention, the Army took appropriate preventive measures to ensure there was no breach of Army data by taking down the website temporarily.”

The Syrian Electronic Army launched in 2011 with a stated goal of attacking the enemies of the Syrian government.  They claim to not be officially connected to the Syrian government.

The Army has been the target of hacking in the recent past.  Five months ago the website was hit by pro-ISIS hackers who posted messages on the Army’s YouTube and twitter accounts.

Threat Condition Raised At Military Bases

Security conditions at U.S. military bases were raised overnight because of potential threats of a jihadist attack.

The official move from U.S. Northern Command comes hours after FBI Director James Comey said there are thousands of ISIS followers in the United States.

“We have a general concern, obviously, that ISIL is focusing on the uniformed military and law enforcement,” Comey told reporters Thursday.  “It’s like the devil sitting on their shoulders, saying ‘kill, kill, kill.”

“We have the same concern about the potential threat posed by violent homegrown extremists,” said Captain Jeff Davis, spokesman for the U.S. Northern Command which oversees all U.S. military installations in the continental U.S.

CNN reported that an official confirmed “Force Protection Bravo” status, defined as an “increased and predictable threat of terrorism.”  The last time military bases in the homeland had this condition for any significant length of time was the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

“We are doing this as a prudent measure due to a lot of things in the news lately,” Davis said. “While this change is not tied to a specific credible threat, recent events have led us to recognize the need to take prudent steps to ensure that our security measures can be increased quickly.”

FBI director Comey said the biggest problem is that these people “go dark” like Elton Simpson, one of the two terrorists who attempted the Texas Mohammed Cartoon contest attack.

“The haystack is the entire country,” Comey said. “We are looking for the needles, but increasingly the needles are unavailable to us. … This is the ‘going dark’ problem in living color. There are Elton Simpsons out there that I have not found and I cannot see.”

Hindus Drive All Christians Out of Indian Town

A village in northeastern India is now without a single Christian after a vicious attack by Hindus.

At least three Christians, including a 7-year-old girl, were seriously wounded in the assault April 17th in Amtola village.

The assault began April 17th after a Christian church service.  The members were gathering for a meal when 100 Hindus armed with swords, bamboo sticks and rocks attacked the group.  At least 15 were injured in the assault, mostly with wounds on their upper bodies, with the three who were seriously injured taken to a hospital.

“Right now there are no Christians in the village – all have fled,” said David Boro, a pastor in Guwahati. “The Christian families who were the main target of the attack are now in a safe-house after they were released from the hospital. The more critically injured are still in the hospital, and when they will be released, they too will join the others in the safe-house.”

Church leaders said the Christians have nothing to return to in the village even if it were safe for them to come home.

“Not satisfied with merely beating the Christians, the mob led by Hindu extremists broke and destroyed the homes of these Christian families,” said another Christian leader, Kamleshwar Baglary. “All together, five houses have been completely destroyed along with household items.”

“Out of the five families who had declared themselves as Christians, two have gone back because of the constant attacks and social pressure against them,” Baglary said. “Members of the Hindu extremist groups earlier also had physically attacked these families during the time of the Bihu [Assam’s cultural] festival.”

Boro said that the attackers didn’t even spare the women and children, making it clear their goal was to eliminate the Christians.

Police have taken no action.

Pakistani Boy Dies From Muslim Attack

A 15-year-old Pakistani Christian youth who was burned over 55% percent of body in an attack by Muslims has died.

We reported on the attack on Nouman Masih, who had been beaten and then burned by Muslim youths after he told them he was a Christian.  The Muslim youths had been on the way to Friday prayers when they found Nouman and attacked him.

Doctors treated Nouman with the best items they had available but the hospital did not have a burn ward to provide the specialized treatment needed for Nouman’s wounds.  The boy died around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A spokesman for the British Pakistani Christian Association said that Nouman made a point to say he forgave his attackers before he died.

“He just said that he forgave them. That’s more like a Christian forgiveness, but he didn’t want his attackers to prevail and enact their crimes on anybody else. He was just being very magnanimous in a Christian way saying, ‘I have forgiven them but I want them to go through the justice system,'” BPCA Chairman Wilson Chowdhry told the Christian Post.

“You can imagine what it was like for him to have kerosene poured on him and being set alight,” Chowdhry continued. “He was very vocal in the fact that he didn’t want that to happen to anyone else, especially at the moment when Christians are under some very extreme tension.”

The Muslim youth who killed Nouman have yet to be identified so local officials say they can do nothing until they find the attackers.

Top Cleric of Yemen’s Al-Qaeda Branch Killed

A terrorist leader with a $5 million bounty on his head has been killed in Yemen.

Yemen’s Al-Qaeda branch posted a statement saying that Ibrahim al-Rubaish was killed along with other terrorists in a Sunday night drone strike.  The statement did not say where the strike that killed the terrorist leader took place.

Al-Rubaish once was imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay but had been released in 2006.  He joined Al-Qaeda’s Yemeni branch and was considered the main theological advisor to the group.  His writings and sermons were among the most viewed in terrorist publications.

If the drone attack is verified, it will be the first drone strike since the country devolved into war when Islamic terrorists backed by Iran advanced into the nation.  Saudi Arabia has been leading a coalition of airstrikes against the terrorist’s advances.

Al-Qaeda is a rival of the advancing terrorist group and has launched their own assaults to stop the advanced of the Iranian-backed group.  U.S. intelligence sources say that as Al-Qaeda is forced to focus on stopping the terrorist advance, they have less resources and time to plot against Western interests in the region.

Christian Boy Burned By Muslims In Pakistan

Two Muslim youths on their way to Friday prayers stopped a Christian boy, beat him and then set him on fire.

The victim, identified as “Nuaman” by the local Christian group The Voice Society, is hospitalized in Lahore in Punjab province with burns on 55 percent of his body.

The two Muslim attackers have not been identified.

“I told them that I am Christian. They started beating me, when I tried running, both boys started following me through the street and then they threw Kerosene on me and burnt me,” Nuaman was quoted as saying in the Christian Post. “I kept on running when a heap of sand came my way, I lied down on the sand … [A] few people from the community … [extinguished] fire by putting sand on me. I became unconscious, and they called 1122 Emergency medical helpline and called [for] an ambulance.”

The attack is being considered a revenge attack for the lynching of two Muslim terrorists following an attack on a Christian church March 15th that left 17 people dead and 80 injured.  A Taliban splinter group claimed responsibility for the attack.

Palestinian Stabs 2 Israeli Soldiers in West Bank

A Palestinian terrorist attacked two Israeli soldiers with a knife on Wednesday, stabbing two before he was killed by one of the wounded soldiers.

One of the soldiers is in critical condition after being wounded in the neck.  Both wounded soldiers remain hospitalized in Jerusalem.

The attack happened 30 miles north of Jerusalem in the town of Shilo.  The attacker came from the nearby Palestinian town of Sinjil.

While Israel endured a series of attacks last year during the Passover holiday season last year, this attack highlighted the overall lack of attacks this year.

Israeli leaders praised the wounded soldier who shot and killed the attacker for his bravery and quick response.

“This should be the fate of anyone who harms innocent Jews,” Cabinet Minister Naftali Bennett told reporters. “This is how such a serious incident must end.”

Teen Drinks Lotion For Two Days Hiding From Islamist Massacre

Surviving by drinking lotion while hiding in a closet, a Kenyan teenager is praising God for surviving the brutal attack by Islamic terrorists on a University in Garissa.

Cynthia Cheroitich, 19, spoke to reporters at a local hospital after being treated for dehydration and malnourishment.

“I was just praying to my God, saying that if it has come to my day, it has reached. But if it not yet, let God decide whatever He likes,” she said.

She said that she chose the closet after the Islamist gunmen yelled any student hiding under their beds would “come out very fast.”  She covered herself with clothes so that a quick check of the closet wouldn’t reveal her presence.

She said that when she began to feel hungry and thirsty, her only option was a bottle of body oil.

Cynthia was so terrified that she did not believe at first the Kenyan military forces were actually there to help her.  The troops had to find a teacher to explain to the girl that it was safe to leave the closet.

The Islamic terrorist group Al-Shabaab admitted the attack which was targeting Christian students.  Witnesses said that the terrorists would ask who the student worshiped and if they answered Christ they were shot on the spot.

Woman Throws Molotov Bomb At Pro-Lifers

A Texas woman has been arrested after she threw a bomb at a group of pro-lifers outside a Planned Parenthood abortion center in Austin.

Melanie Toney, 52, faces charges of aggravated assault.  Witnesses to the incident were able to capture part of the license plate of Toney’s vehicle and call police with the information.

The attack on the members of 40 Days for Life and Texas Coalition for Life happened around 6 p.m. Monday.  Toney reportedly drove slowly up to the group that was praying and then threw the bomb into the group.

“I realized she was throwing something out the window and it was on fire,” Ruth Allwein with 40 Days for Life told local television station KXAN. “It had a lit wick, so my first instinct was to back away, then I wasn’t sure what to do.”

“I ended up coming over and stamping on it, so it was a little bit nerve-racking,” Allwein outlined. “I thought about leaving it alone but then my thought was, ‘What if it explodes, what’s going to happen?’ So I decided it was worth coming back coming back over here and doing something about it.”

The device did not detonate because it landed on a soft, grass covered area rather than sidewalk where it would have exploded.

“We know that many women are hurting from past abortion experiences,” Heather Gardner of Central Texas Coalition for Life told Life News. “One of the ways people sometimes lash out is through anger and violence. We pray for this woman and pray for healing in her heart if she is hurting from a past abortion.”
