The Jim Bakker Show Welcomes Summertime by bringing back Old Friends and some New!

June will be an incredibly prophetic, spirit filled, and blessed month as Jim and Lori Bakker welcome some great friends, both old and new to The Jim Bakker Show stage!  

This week we have been unbelievably inspired by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn who graced the stage on The Jim Bakker Show for two whole days of taping.  Don’t worry if you were unable to attend in person! As soon as these programs are aired, generally within about a week of taping, you can watch them anytime and as often as you wish on Roku or Apple TV located on the PTL Television Network or join us on our website Jimbakkershow.com to watch these inspirational programs on demand!  Summertime is a busy time, but we don’t want you to miss a moment!

Tuesday, June 12th, at 11 am will be an incredibly taping day as Rick Joyner joins us back on The Jim Bakker Show Stage.  Rick Joyner has authored more than fifty books, including The Final Quest Trilogy, There Were Two Trees in the Garden, The Path, and Army of the Dawn. He is also the founder and Executive Director of MorningStar Ministries, a multi-faceted mission organization which includes Heritage International Ministries, MorningStar University and MorningStar Fellowship of Churches and Ministries.Rick hosts Prophetic Perspectives, Strategic Insights for Our Time shown on the PTL Television Network which illuminates the current events of today with direct, informative and intelligent thought. The insights we receive from Rick Joyner are always powerful!

Our Health and wellness teachers and friends, Dr. Sherill Sellman and Frank Davis will be here Thursday, June 14th at 11 am to guide you on your way to a healthier you!  Every time these two amazing teachers come to The Jim Bakker Show, they bring with them new and amazing knowledge on nutrition and how to take good care of these bodies that God has blessed us.   

On Tuesday, June 19th, at 11 am, Morningside is delighted to introduce Messianic Rabbi Zev Porat, founder of Messiah of Israel Ministries. Rabbi Porat teaches from a unique perspective of faith in Yeshua and how to prepare as the bride to meet the second coming of the Messiah in the End Times. Pastor Jim and Lori are delighted to have the Rabbi join the stage along with their wonderful friend, best selling author and radio talk show host, Carl Gallups!

Dr. William Forstchen is back on The Jim Bakker Show, Thursday June 21st at 11 am! Dr. Forstchen has a PhD from Purdue University with specializations including Military History and the American Civil War and is an author of over 40 books, including One Second After, Day of Wrath and the New York Times bestselling series Gettysburg and Pearl Harbor (co authored with Newt Gingrich), as well as the numerous short stories and articles about military history and military technology. Pastor Jim and Lori always enjoy the riveting insights of this brilliant teacher!

Tuesday, June 26th at 1 1am, the Prophets are back as author and publisher Tom Horn, Joe Horn and Sharon and Derek Gilbert return to The Jim Bakker Show.  Uncovering mysteries of our world is their calling!  You can also catch their teachings on the PTL Television Network with their fascinating shows, Sci-Friday with Sharon and Derek Gilbert and Tom Horn’s Skywatch TV.

Carl Gallups Morning Worship And Our Covenant with God

Sunday morning, July 5th, worship began at Morningside with gratitude. This was the last day of an incredible seven day Fourth of July Celebration! The congregation expressed thankfulness to our Lord for all of the amazing prophets that have spoken over the past week, for the fellowship with people from all around our nation, for the healing by God’s merciful love and for the hard work and dedication of the staff and volunteers that made this week possible.

After a truly powerful prayer and worship service, Morningside opened their hearts and ears to hear a message from Pastor Carl Gallups.  Carl Gallups is a Pastor (since 1987), a best selling author, conservative radio talk show host, and the founder of the online PNN News and Ministry Network.

Pastor Gallups spoke to the congregation on what is happening now in the United States and the Covenant of God that was made at the foundation of this Great Country.  He stated that, “The United States of America became the most powerful and richest nation the planet had ever seen and the most benevolent. The U.S. has been used by God because we made a covenant with God at the very beginning.  Israel is the ultimate covenant nation.  Israel is the nation that God came to and said I am in covenant with you. But, the U.S. is a covenant nation like no other planet the world has seen.”

Reminding all of us of what is in the Declaration of Independence, the first document in the creation of this nation that this is the creed upon which our nation was founded:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”  

Pastor Gallup went on further describing the moment that George Washington took his oath in office, swearing on the Bible and then in front of a nation, kissed the Bible in his hand.  “Please remember that in his first inaugural address, Washington prayed to God and afterward prayed with other members of leadership for two hours at St. Paul’s Cathedral that sits now at Ground Zero.  In the Constitution it states quite simply at the bottom of the page… Signed in the YEAR OF OUR LORD!   Don’t let anyone tell you that this nation was not founded without God in it!”

In this timely sermon Pastor Gallups described the darkness we feel that is covering our country and that while we may have patriotism there is something else that is needed now more than ever.

“Preserve the freedoms we have.  Take that freedom in these prophetic days to proclaim the gospel!  Now even in America darkness is beginning to move in quickly.  I am a patriot.  I am patriotic! But I am convinced now that America doesn’t need more patriotism, it needs more repententance! We need more of God’s Word! ”
