Islamic Terrorists Kill 55 In Coordinated Nigerian Attacks

nigeriaattacksMilitary officials said Islamic terrorists launched coordinated attacks across Northeast Nigeria that has killed at least 55 people.  The attack struck Barna in Borno state that has seen almost continual terror assaults since Boko Haram began their campaign of terror in 2010.

Clash Between Nigerian Troops And Islamic Terrorists Kill 185

Islamist terrorists in extreme northeast Nigeria launched an assault on military troops in the town of Baga, killing 185 civilians and essentially leveling the town.

The assault featured rocket-propelled grenades and heavy gunfire that resulted in the destruction of over 2,000 homes. Residents of the town fled into the bush and returned the next day to find human and animal corpses strewn all over the streets of the ruined city. Continue reading

Boko Haram Leader: “We Have Done No Wrong”

A leader of the Nigerian Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram has released a statement that says his group has done nothing wrong and needs to amnesty from the government.

The statement comes after Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan had high level officials looking into amnesty for the group in return for peace. Boko Haram had previously requested amnesty from the government. Continue reading

Easter Raid In Nigeria Kills 14 Islamic Terrorists

As part of a higher status for security amid Easter, Nigerian forces raided a suspected rebel hideout and killed 14 Boko Haram terrorists.

According to information found in the raid, the terrorist group had been planning a massive Easter Sunday attack on Christians in the Kano area. Residents reported gunshots and explosions. Nigeria Blast Kills 20

A homicide bombing in Kano, Nigeria has killed at least 20 people and injured dozens.

No terrorist group has yet made a claim of responsibility but the attack is very similar to previous attacks by the al-Qaeda affiliated Islamic extremist group Boko Haram. Kano is the largest city in the northern part of Nigeria. Continue reading

Islamic Terrorists In Nigeria Ask For Amnesty

The Islamic terror group Boko Haram, who as recently as last week killed Nigerian police officials in terror bombings, has offered a cease fire to the government of Nigeria in return for amnesty. The group says that the amnesty could “help end violence” in northern Nigeria.

However, Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan said that the government will not give amnesty to a group that continues to hide its leaders and members. Continue reading
