White House spokesman have finally joined with other world governments in confirming Syrian President Bashar Assad’s government has used chemical weapons on their own citizens in an attempt to stop the civil war.

President Obama Admits Seeing Evidence of Syria Using Chemical Weapons

President Barack Obama admitted that he has seen evidence of chemical weapons being used in Syria.

However, he said that after speaking with the prime minister of Turkey that it was important to get more specific details about the attacks. His statement comes as residents of a town in northern Syria told the BBC that Syrian troops dropped poison gas canisters from helicopters. Continue reading

Turkey: Syria Has Used Chemical Weapons

Recep-Tayyip-ErdoganTurkey’s prime minister is making a bold claim that the Syrian government has used chemical weapons against citizens that it crosses the “red line” declared months ago by U.S. President Barack Obama.
