The PKK, recently given official terrorist group designation by the US government, has launched another attack against Turkish soldiers killing seven and injuring at least 56 others.
The terrorists attacked a convoy with rockets. Most of the injured came from a nearby bus that caught fire during the attack. The group has recently ratcheted up their attacks on government forces without concern for civilian collateral damage. A homicide bomber has killed one policeman in an attack on a police station in central Turkey.
Two attackers tried to ram a car into the Kayseri police station and were killed in the terror attack. A bomb inside the car detonated shortly after the car crashed following a clash with security officers.
