Luke 21:7 “Teacher,” they asked, “when will all this happen? What sign will show us that these things are about to take place?”

Luke 21:11 "There will be great earthquakes, and there will be famines and epidemics in many lands, and there will be terrifying things (that which strikes terror), and great miraculous signs in the heavens."

Typhoon Soulik has hit China with winds of at least 74 mph causing the Chinese government to launch emergency response plans.

Over 300,000 residents of the Fujian Province have been forced to evacuate their homes amid the winds, floods and landslides. Flights have been canceled and train service suspended throughout the region.

The typhoon hit the Chinese mainland after causing massive flooding on the island of Taiwan killing at least one, a police officer who was hit by falling debris.

The government has ordered citizens to avoid the coastline because of dangerous wave levels.

Officials were concerned about the run on food and other essential supplies in supermarkets as the storm approached. Heavy rain and winds have caused massive electrical outages due to downed trees.
