Matthew 24:10,11 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.

The State Department has ordered a mandatory evacuation of all non-essential staff from Lahore, Pakistan after a threat against the consulate according to CNN.

The diplomats were moved to the capital city of Islambad. The state department also issued a travel warning for Americans.

“The presence of several foreign and indigenous terrorist groups poses a potential danger to U.S. citizens throughout Pakistan,” the travel warning said.

Officials were unable to say if the current threat was related to the information that closed U.S. embassies across the Middle East and northern Africa. However, most of al-Qaeda’s core leadership is believed to be in Pakistan and Lahore is home to many extremists sympathetic to the group.

Intelligence reports have picked up chatter related to attacks connected to the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
