The 4th of July just got better! Mike and Cindy Jacobs returning to Morningside!

Cindy and Mike Jacobs

By Kami Klein

The 4th of July Celebrations are coming together here at Morningside but the highlight is the return of our special guests Mike and Cindy Jacobs!  This prophetic duo will grace the stage of The Jim Bakker Show on Wednesday, July 4th at 11am on Grace Street!

Cindy Jacobs is a respected prophet who travels the world ministering not only to crowds of people, but to heads of nations. Perhaps her greatest ministry is to world influencers who seek her prophetic advice. Mike Jacobs is Co-founder of Generals International with his wife, Cindy. Generals International is a prayer-based organization that exists for the purpose of changing lives and transforming nations. Mike and Cindy are passionate about the message that God cares about every individual, He cares about every nation, and He still speaks to us today.

In a recent, article in Charisma Magazine, Cindy Jacobs shared a word of encouragement.

“I see some of you are in this season where you look around, and you feel like so many things have been robbed from you. And there has been a robbing spirit”—that’s what I hear the name is, a ‘robbing spirit’—”to come and take your blessing. And some of you are even in such a desperate state that you are like David was when he came home and all his family was gone, the possessions. And you are in such a terrible state that you do not know what to do.”

But I would say to you, “As you read My Word, encourage yourself in Me,” says the Lord. “The hopelessness that you feel will go away. Do not be disappointed and feel like everything is over, for you have a choice to make,” says the Lord. “You can choose whether to believe My Word, that all things work together for good, or you can say, ‘My life is over.'” But the Lord says, “If you say what the enemy says—’Your life is over; you will never have restoration; this can never be fixed’ —then you will have agreed with what the enemy is saying about your situation. And the Lord says, “Don’t you know, just one great blessing can knock out everything the enemy has done?

We pray for you a great blessing in your lives!

Morningside always celebrates the birth of our nation with the best guests and time for family. We always share an amazing time of worship, prophecy and loving one another!  Don’t miss Cindy and Mike Jacobs!

Please stay tuned for more updates!  We hope to see you there!

Perry Stone Back at Morningside! Monday, May 21st on Grace Street!

By Kami Klein

Morningside is blessed and thrilled to have evangelist Perry Stone back in Blue Eye on the Jim Bakker Show!  We would love to see you here Monday, May 21st at 11 am as this Renowned Biblical teacher brings brilliant insights and prophecy once again to our audience!

Last year, Perry Stone began his interview with Jim and Lori Bakker  addressing how many Christians have trouble listening to God’s Word in their lives.  “God has never quit speaking, people have quit listening,” he explained when discussing the subject of hearing from God.  “Everybody has natural ears, but there is the ear of the spirit, the spirit of the inward man. People have allowed cares of life, as in Mark 4:19,… the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches and the lusts of other things entering in to choke the Word.  These are things that clutter people to where they cannot hear!”

Perry Stone listens to what God is telling us through His Word and has new prophecy and teachings to spiritually lift our hearts and bring us together as Christians.  The following clip is from Mr. Stone’s last visit where he spoke to Jim and Lori about uniting as Christians and the dangers of becoming passive in these times!

Please join Pastor Jim and Lori Bakker with their special guest, Perry Stone, on Monday, May, 21st at 12 pm for taping of The Jim Bakker Show!  If you are unable to be here in our studio audience. Catch these shows when they are released on your local television channels, or download the PTL Television Network on Roku or Apple TV. These shows will also be available on The Jim Bakker Show and PTL Television Network websites.

Our visit with Perry Stone will certainly contain powerful visions of the future and the dreams and visions that God is giving to His Servants. We know you won’t want to miss it!

Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds signs ‘Heartbeat Bill’ into law

Press Release from Faith2Action
Heartbeat Law–Most Protective Law in the Nation!

May 4, 2018 – For Immediate Release
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds signed the state Heartbeat Bill into law today, legally protecting unborn babies in Iowa whose beating hearts can be detected.
“We thank Gov. Reynolds and the leaders in the Iowa State Senate and House who worked tirelessly to keep hearts beating,” said Janet Porter, President of Faith2Action, who authored the nation’s first Heartbeat Bills at the state and federal level.
“We call on Speaker Paul Ryan to follow Iowa’s lead and call an immediate floor vote on the federal Heartbeat Bill (H.R. 490), now with 171 co-sponsors–more than any pro-life bill in Congress,” declared Porter.

Former Majority Leader Tom DeLay testified for the Iowa Heartbeat Bill in committee and has been leading the team fighting for passage of the federal Heartbeat Bill in Washington, sponsored by Congressman Steve King, from Iowa.  “Leaving Congress without ending abortion is my biggest regret–a regret Speaker Ryan doesn’t have to have,” said DeLay.

“Speaker Ryan can call for a floor vote to end abortion for every baby whose heartbeat can be heard right now–there’s nothing stopping him,” stated DeLay.
DeLay also offered advice to the Speaker and the Republicans in Congress:  “Nothing will bring out the Republican base in the midterm elections more than keeping your pro-life promises by passing the federal Heartbeat Bill, H.R. 490.”  Leader Delay was fully exonerated from every trumped-up charge against him.
In the last two weeks, more than 300,000 faxes were sent to Speaker Ryan, leadership, and members of Congress calling for a vote of the federal Heartbeat Bill.  Porter added, “In addition to Congress, other states will soon be introducing and passing Heartbeat Bills.  It’s common sense–to ignore a fetal heartbeat is to deny science.”

Coming To Morningside Tuesday May 8th, Dr. Lance Wallnau with a Trump/Cyrus Prophecy Update!

Dr. Lance Wallnau

In 2015, Lance Wallnau was directed by God to Isaiah 45, and from there prophesied that Donald Trump would be elected as the 45th President of the United States of America. What happened in the months that followed was an unprecedented election and an anointing on our now President Donald Trump. He is the Cyrus of our age and a wrecking ball for what has been and what is yet to come.

USA Today reports that he is one of only three evangelical leaders to have accurately predicted Donald Trump’s Presidency while running against 15 opponents. We hope you will join us May 8th, 2018 on Grace Street at Morningside as we welcome back Lance Wallnau and discuss how God is working in new and unprecedented ways among the nations.

It is time for a Trump/Cyrus Prophecy Update and you are invited!

Join us May 8th, 2018 at 11am on Grace Street at Morningside!

Admission is free!

If you are unable to be with us for this amazing taping of the Jim Bakker Show  please be sure to watch when the show airs on your station, on Jimbakkershow.com, or on the PTL Television Network through your Roku or Apple TV.

Matthew 24: 6-8 – A current statistic point of view

An American flag flies near the base of the destroyed World Trade Center in New York on September 11 2001

By Kami Klein

“If you want to know the future you must know the Word of the Living God.”       Jim Bakker

In every moment, the events that Jesus spoke of are evident all around us.  In the vastness of this world, it is sometimes difficult to see the big picture of what is happening NOW!  We must keep our eyes and ears open.

Matthew 24:6-8 (MEV) You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled. For all these things must happen, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines, epidemics, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

THERE WILL BE FAMINE – Global report on Current hunger crisis – March 2018 report

Around 124 million people in 51 countries face Crisis food insecurity or worse

This is an increase of 11 million people – an 11 percent rise in the last year – in the number of food-insecure people needing urgent humanitarian action across the world.

Last year’s Global Report on Food Crises identified 108 million people in Crisis food security or worse across 48 countries. The rise in numbers are attributed to increasing instability and conflict as well as drought and very poor harvests. Some countries are suffering from economic conditions that contribute to the malnutrition of their people. The country of Venezuela is now suffering from  lack of food sources or money to purchase necessary food and medicine. Thousands are fleeing to neighboring countries to feed their families.

Approx. 21,000 people die each day, one every four seconds, of malnutrition

Forty percent of preschool-age children who suffer from malnutrition are estimated to be anemic because of iron deficiency, and anemia causes 20 percent of all maternal deaths. In addition, it is estimated that 250 to 500 thousand children go blind from Vitamin A deficiency every year.

EPIDEMICS

Germs with Unusual Antibiotic Resistance Widespread in U.S- (From CDC Press release April 3rd, 2018)Health departments working with CDC’s Antibiotic Resistance (AR) Lab Network found more than 220 instances of germs with “unusual” antibiotic resistance genes in the United States last year, according to a CDC Vital Signs report released today.

FLU – As of the end of February 2018 4,000 people a week in the U.S. were dying of Flu and Pneumonia according to U.S. Center for Disease Control

The levels of influenza-like illnesses being reported for the 2017-2018 flu season are as high as the peak of the swine flu epidemic in 2009, and exceed the last severe seasonal flu outbreak in 2003 when a new strain started circulating, said Anne Schuchat, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s acting director. Swine flu, which swept the globe in 2009 and 2010, sickened 60.8 million Americans, hospitalized 274,304 and killed 12,469, according to CDC data. Deaths from the current outbreak will likely far outstrip those of the 2009-2010 season.  It is April and the Flu season continues.

AIDS –AIDS is now second only to the Black Death as the largest epidemic in history. (From the World Health Organization) Aids or HIV was originated with non human primates (monkeys) in Central and West Africa

AIDS kills roughly 1.5 million people a year, or about one person every 20 seconds.

MALARIA  –Approximately a half million people die from malaria each year and many millions more are seriously weakened by it. Malaria is spread by mosquitoes.

CHOLERABetween 42,000 and 142,000 people die of cholera each year.  You can get cholera by eating or drinking contaminated water or food.

LASSA FEVER– Lassa fever, a viral hemorrhagic fever with symptoms similar to those of Ebola virus disease.  This disease is spread through contact with Rat feces and urine. Originated in West Africa. This year has generated more severe and fatal cases.  Usually an estimated 300,000 people are infected with the virus annually, with up to 5,000 deaths. But this year the fatality rate has gone to 50% of those infected.

AND EARTHQUAKES IN VARIOUS PLACES

According to the USGS there have been 42 ‘significant earthquakes since January 1st, 2018. A significant earthquake is determined by a combination of magnitude, number of Did You Feel It responses, and PAGER alert level.  Those that have been counted are earthquakes above 4.2.  12 were in the U.S. The largest was a 7.9 in Alaska on 1-23-18.

227 people have died around the world.  For the last 365 days the total for all measurable earthquakes around the world has been 40,561.

Currently there are 33 erupting volcanoes and 55 that are having minor activity or have an impending warning issued.

2 Dead as Fire sweeps across Western Oklahoma

aerial view of fires burning in Oklahoma.

By Kami Klein

With winds gusting at 30mph, low humidity and very dry conditions, fire officials in Oklahoma say that as bad as it is now, things are looking worse for the week. So far there have been two deaths reported and several counties are ordering evacuations as the flames burn mostly out of control in the Northwest areas of Oklahoma.

According to KOCO News 5 the fires have burned more than 400,000 acre in western Oklahoma, and dry, windy weather has severely hindered firefighting efforts.  Today the counties of Dewey, and the towns of Selling, Talogo and Putnam have been order to evacuate.

In a news release late Sunday night Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management spokeswoman Keli Cain stated that  61-year-old Jack Osben died Thursday in Roger Mills County. He was driving a motor grader to help firefighters put out the fire that began southeast of Leedey, about 110 miles northwest of Oklahoma City. Cain said a woman also died as a result of a fire near Seiling, about 90 miles northwest of Oklahoma City. The woman had been visiting at a residence, near Seiling, Okla., when the fire caused the people there to evacuate the area. The residents made it away from the area and reported to the authorities that the woman was missing. A search was made in the area well within the burn area where a Jeep Cherokee was found with the woman inside.

Because the fire began during the governor’s burn ban and if it should be proven the fire was intentionally set, the person who set the fire could be charged in the woman’s death.

Oklahoma News 4 reported that some volunteer fire departments are asking for donations to help, as fire heads toward many farming and rural towns.  “The wind’s horrible,” Weatherford Fire Chief Mike Karlin said. “We had wind all through the night. Typically, in the night, we get higher humidities, we get lower winds. The only thing that we’ve had is cooler temperatures, and that hasn’t affected the fire conditions at all.”

Weather conditions will be feeding the fire this week as dozens of fire departments attempt to gain control of the flames.  Warnings are out in 19 counties of Oklahoma for severely hazardous fire conditions, prohibiting fires and asking that people be vigilant throughout the state.
