French President Announces Troop Withdrawl

French President Francois Hollande has announced a timetable for the removal of all French troops from the battle with Islamists in Mali.

The first wave of troops will be withdrawn in March and the remainder will be gone by the end of April. Over 4,000 French troops have been deployed to the region to help stop an advance of a brutal al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist group. Continue reading

North Korea Threatens Pre-Emptive Nuclear Strike On U.S.

North Korea, on the heels of announcing they are considering ending the armistice with South Korea after 60 years, vowed to exercise its right to launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike against the United States if the United Nations imposes more sanctions against the country.

“As long as the United States is willing to spark nuclear war our forces will exercise their right to a pre-emptive nuclear strike,” said North Korea’s foreign ministry. Continue reading

UN Eases Ban On Selling Arms To Somalia

The Somalian government will finally be able to purchase weapons in it’s fight against Islamic terrorists in the nation.

The United Nations Security Council announced they are partially lifting a ban on selling weapons to Somalia that has been in place since 1992. The lift will allow the country’s new government to purchase light arms to help in its battle to keep Islamic militants from taking over the country and to take back land under the control of the terrorists. Snowstorm Brings Power Outages Across Upper Midwest

Large parts of the upper Midwest are without power as a massive snowstorm dumps up to a foot of snow in some areas. The storm seems to not be weakening as it bears down on the east coast, putting cities like Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. in danger of outages.

Heavy, wet snow knocked out power across parts of Indiana that reported a significant increase in car accidents in places that received as little as two inches of the thick snow. Tippecanoe County, Indiana reported 25 accidents in the first 5 hours of the storm Tuesday. Continue reading

Libyan Islamists Torture Christians

Christians in Benghazi, Libya were captured and tortured last week by Islamists.

The 48 Christians were initially held on charges of proselytizing as Islamist Salafists claimed they had Christian icons in their marketplace stalls.

The Islamists shaved the heads of the Christians, beat them and in some cases used acid to burn tattoos of the cross off the bodies of the men. The men were eventually released but are going to be deported by the Islamic dominated government. Continue reading

Government Drones Customized To Listen To Cell Phone Calls

Recently obtained government documents reveal that drones have been customized to spy on American citizens including having the ability to intercept and record cell phone calls.

Trial Begins For Abortion Doctor Charged With Murder

Three women were the first jurors seated for the trial of a Pennsylvania abortion provider facing multiple murder charges.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell is charged with third-degree murder in the botched abortion of a woman in 2009. He is also facing the death penalty because of first-degree murder charges in the killing of seven babies that were born alive but killed in Gosnell’s care. Continue reading
