Mark 13:13 “You will be hated by all because of My name, but the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.”
A vehement anti-Christian group is targeting Wisconsin’s governor because he tweeted a reference to the Bible on the social media networks Twitter and Facebook.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation released a statement calling on Governor Scott Walker to immediately remove the reference from his social media account. The group’s co-Presidents say because the tweet came from the official account of the Governor, it means the state is endorsing Christianity.
Walker had written “Philippians 4:13” which reads, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
“This braggadocio verse coming form a public official is rather disturbing,” the FFRC wrote in their letter. “As governor, you took an oath of office to uphold the entirely godless and secular United States Constitution.”
The governor’s office has not commented on the anti-Christian group’s demand.
Didn’t realized the Constitution of the United States was a godless constitution. It was and is still intended to be Christian all the way! Original State buildings are filled with references to God and our Lord Jesus Christ. Most early universities were Christian; pastors establishing most of them. Public schools had Bibles and taught Bible classes. That’s why other religions are being tolerated. Only people against God are riled. Most other religions in the U.S. enjoy the freedom allowed under our Constitution. Not a lot of other countries will tolerate variety of religions in their nations, but will remove them one way or another. Anti Christians here today would love to, & many are trying, to do away with our Constitution because of it’s Christian principles of freedom & the right to persue happiness & independence. Change it, and it would truly be “hell on earth” to live here.
A fool says in his heart there there is no God!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t realize fools had an official organization , known as F.F.R. How quaint.
