Washington D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray said that he was not ruling out the possibility of a second person involved in the shooting. However, he said it was more likely they will be able to rule out the suspect rather than ruling them in.
He also said that another victim has died from their wounds raising the total of dead to 13 including the shooter. So far no motive has been determined for the attack.
Surveillance video reportedly is showing that the killer arrived at the base only with a shotgun and took other weapons from a security guard he killed before moving up to the upper floors of the building.
The FBI is asking anyone who knows the shooter to contact them as they try to determine a motive for the killings.
