Pastor Mark Biltz brought a lesson to Grace Street Wednesday night that brought mountains of knowledge and wisdom to all who heard the teaching.
Pastor broke down the gospel into the original Hebrew and showed everyone how from the very beginning God described Jesus and the redemption for all of us through His son. He gently rebuked everyone who sought identity in anything other than God and showed how God repeatedly has wanted to show our identity is in Him.
The spent the first part of his talk sharing the different ways that people found their identity in other things. He referenced people who said they wanted to follow the Lord but put identity first such as the rich young ruler who walked away because his identity was in his wealth.
He shared how the story of blind Bartimaeus and how despite being blind, could see that Jesus was the Son of God. He pointed out a part of Scripture that many Christians never realize as they study it. Bartimaeus called Jesus “son of David”…not the son of Joesph…meaning he realized Jesus’ divinity when even the disciples didn’t realize it.
Then it was a breakdown of Hebrew to show that Eve was created to be a valiant protector of Adam. Pastor Mark outlined how Eve was created because God wanted to create someone to watch Adam’s back and be a support and protector. God created a woman because all of the animals in creation couldn’t protect Adam from Satan: they could only protect against Earthly enemies.
He then used the description of a marriage to show how God has from the beginning built a home for the ultimate family…Jesus and his bride, God’s church.
The evening was filled with powerful wisdom that left no one on Grace Street walking away without a deeper appreciation for God’s creation.
When Philip Cameron comes to the lectern and starts by saying “my God specializes in things that people say are impossible” you know you’re about to have a special time in the pretense of the Lord.
Philip shared with Jim Bakker Show partners and friends that we cannot forget “God’s permanent address is Wit’s End Corner. God starts when you have come to the end of yourself.” He reminded everyone that we need to surrender to God at the beginning rather than try to do things under our own power because His way is always better, higher and provided for before we even know there is an issue.
Philip made a statement that shocked some in attendance when he said that America is the most spoiled country in the world. However, he explained the reason is that Americans don’t appreciate the blessings that God has poured out upon them. Philip said that unthankfulness is a sign of the times and that a church becomes unthankful because they lose their fire.
“The church is not on fire because it doesn’t have a vision anymore,” he said.
He went on to share about Stella’s Voice and their home in Moldova that had a neighbor who was doing all she could to undermine the world of the Lord. She would stand on her porch and curse at the girls and file repeated lawsuits to try and shut the home.
“But God,” Philip said, “can take your greatest opposition and turn it into an incredible opportunity.”
The woman came to Philip and the staff of Stella’s Voice and said she hated them. Then she asked them to buy her home at a reasonable price so she could get away from them.
And at the very same time, Stella’s Voice was looking for a home for girls who have graduated school but needed a place to go while they get a job and start a career. The Lord provided a huge open door!
For two days, a raging river of wisdom flowed down Grace Street as prophet Rick Joyner visited the Jim Bakker Show once again. Rick is a dear friend of the ministry, and as Pastor Jim Bakker says, he’s not just a friend, “ he’s a valley-walking friend.”
Referring to their relationship, Rick shared a dream that God had given him about one of his own children who had fallen into a sewage ditch. It seems there were multitudes of people standing around watching but only one pushed through the crowd and helped this child out of the ditch and cleaned him up. Rick said the Lord said to him, “Jim Bakker is MY child. Will you help him?” Continue reading →

Jason was initially scheduled to sing just six songs but he ended up singing well over a dozen different songs including a duet with Tammy Sue Bakker on “When He Was On The Cross, I Was On His Mind”. Continue reading →
When Acts started, identity theft started…the devil doesn’t want you to know who you are!
