Teacher Sentenced To 6 Years For Attempting To Join ISIS

A British teacher who was plotting to join ISIS in Syria has been sentenced to six years in prison for his efforts.

Jamshed Javeed came to the attention of local officials after he was turned in by his family.  His sister recorded arguments between Jamshed and his family on her iPad and provided those recordings to officials.

“It was clear from the evidence in this case that the family were absolutely set against him joining this terrorist group in Syria,” Detective Chief Superintendent Tony Mole said. “They took (what) I consider to be some brave steps in terms of hiding his equipment … And absolutely without doubt they confronted him on his desire to go out and expressed their desire that he does not travel and join this group.”

Police say the family hid Jamshed’s passport so when he attempted to gain a second one authorities were able to arrest him for attempting to join ISIS.

Jamshed claims he was just “trying to help the people of Syria.”

The judge dismissed Jamshed’s claims noting that he wanted to leave even after finding out his wife was pregnant.

ISIS Fed Remains Of Prisoner To His Mother

A British security guard who traveled to Iraq to defeat ISIS has told the British newspaper The Sun about an act of brutality that goes beyond anything seen so far by the terrorist group.

ISIS fighters in Mosul killed a Kurdish prisoner and then chopped up the body into little pieces.  The body was then placed into a rice dish and fed to the victim’s mother when she arrived to demand her son’s release.

“The ISIS men told her to sit down because she had traveled a long way and said she could have some food before they took her to meet her son,” Yasir Abdullah said. “They brought her cups of tea and fed her a meal of cooked meat, rice and soup. She thought they were kind.”

Abdulla also confirmed that ISIS is burning many of their prisoners alive, not just the Jordanian pilot whose brutal killing was shown on video.

“They dig a trench, put tree branches and leaves in there, set it alight and then throw prisoners on so they burn alive,” Abdulla said. “IS are very good at making people scared. If they make one person scared then that person will make another person scared and soon everyone is scared of IS.”

“ISIS are wrong,” he proclaimed. “They behead, burn and get those they are against to dig their own graves before they execute them. Nobody wants to get captured by ISIS; that would be the worst thing. If I was defending, I would fight to my last bullet and use that on myself.”

Boko Haram Beheads Two Spies; Calls Itself “Islamic State Africa”

Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram has released their first public video showing the beheading of two men they claim are “spies.”

“This latest release shows Boko Haram is not a mere copycat of ISIS; rather, it is incorporating itself into the Islamic State,” said Veryan Khan, editorial director of Terrorism Research & Analysis Consortium.

“Islamic state supporters are already starting to call Boko Haram the ‘Islamic State Africa.'”

The video shows a farmer being beaten by Islamic state terrorists and forced to “confess” he was “spying” for local police.  The video then shows the farmer and another man beheaded with their hands folded on their chests.

I believe Boko Haram is more than just copying the Islamic State — their image is being ‘shaped’ at very least in the ISIS media wing,” he continued. “Immediately after Baghdadi declared the Islamic State Caliphate, Boko Haram’s leader Abubakar Shekau did the same. We then started seeing (in the videos) the Islamic State flags being painted onto Boko Haram’s most prized possessions, their AFVs and tanks, most recently on Feb. 20 during the ops within the Northeastern Nigeria border.”

Analysts say that Boko Haram’s leader, Abubakar Shekau, is insane and too extreme even for Boko Haram.  They say that Shekau mixes voodoo into his version of radical Islam.

Vatican Confirms ISIS Threat On Pope’s Life

The Vatican has confirmed that ISIS has threatened to kill Pope Francis but that so far they have not been able to find evidence of an imminent attack.

The Pope, meanwhile, has ramped up his criticism of the terrorist group, condemning the “intolerable brutality” of the group.

The terrorists released a video last week talking about conquering Rome, installing Shariah law and then throwing gays from the top of “the leaning power of pizza.”

“The threat exists. This is what has emerged from my conversations with Italian and foreign colleagues,” said Domenico Giani, inspector general of the Corpo della Gendarmeria, Vatican City’s state police force.

The Pope has called on those around the world to do everything they can to show Christ’s love to the victims of the brutality of ISIS.

The inspector general said Pope Francis has refused to change the way he deals with the public and refuses to cancel public appearances because of the ISIS threats.

“Even as pope, he’s still a priest who doesn’t want to lose the contact with his flock. It’s us, those in charge of his safety, are the ones that have to help him, not the other way around,” Giani added.

ISIS Releases 19 Christian Captives But Keeps 6 Year Old Girl

ISIS terrorists shocked man by releasing 19 Assyrian Christians out of the hundreds they captured during raids last week.

The terrorists at the last minute kept a 6-year-old girl and a negotiator told the Assyrian International News Agency (AINA) the terrorists likely plan to use the girl as a bargaining chip.

AINA estimates that over the last week, ISIS has captured up to 373 Christians from various villages.

The UK based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported Saturday that a Sharia court ordered the release of 29 captives, not 19, and ISIS is now showing they will ignore their own courts.

“ISIS has claimed for a long time to follow rules, and it claims that these Sharia courts will impose limits,” Graeme Wood of The Atlantic told CNN. “They can attempt to get credibility by showing that they follow rules and that they have some kind of transparent process that follows their particular implementation of Sharia law.”

Witnesses say that at least 15 of the Christians have been killed by the terrorists.

ISIS Says 150 Christian Prisoners Will Be Released

Terrorist group ISIS says that all the 150 Christians kidnapped this week are “safe” and that they plan to release them in a few days.

Assyrian International News Agency interviewed a man who is not part of ISIS but connected with many ISIS fighters and he reported that the Christians are in “good condition.”

The source said that while the terrorists insist they will be releasing the Christians within a week he doubts that’s what they will really be doing.  He cited the fact that ISIS is known for executing Christians on video for use in social media propaganda.

“The local ISIS members said the hostages are ‘safe’ and in ‘good condition’ and will be released within a few days,” the report states. “But given the history of the brutality of ISIS, Matthew (the source) said he doubts the hostages will be released.”

Osama Edward of the Assyrian Human Rights Network told CNN that ISIS will likely release a video threatening to kill the captives.

Edward showed CNN a video of a woman who fled the kidnappings.

“They [ISIS] went into Tel Hurmiz and killed people there, even young men. We didn’t understand what had happened fully, but there was so much fear in our hearts that we didn’t even know how to escape. In the south [of the village] even old men and women were fleeing. All the roads were closed, there wasn’t a single car. No one could help us. We called some people in Qamishli who came to get us, who came to Zumar after Tel Tamar. People were running with house clothes on,” the woman says.

ISIS Video Shows Kurd Fighters In Cages

A new video released by Islamic terrorist group ISIS shows Kurdish fighters being paraded through Iraqi towns in cages.

The cages are similar to the one used to burn alive a Jordanian pilot.

The video shows 21 prisoners in orange jumpsuits being driven around on pickup trucks.  A terrorist holding a microphone with the ISIS logo then talks to the prisoners who identify themselves as Peshmerga soldiers who were protecting Kurdistan.

“We say to the Peshmerga: Leave your jobs, or your fate will be like these, either the cage, or under the ground,” says a man in the video in Kurdish language.

The video does not show any of the prisoners being executed but it also does not give any indication of their current status.

The Kurds are seen by ISIS as pro-American because they fought against Saddam Hussein and helped in the American invasion of Iraq.

“Jihadi John” Identified As Former Briton

British authorities have determined the identity of the masked ISIS member who has beheaded several captives in online videos.

The terrorist has been identified as Mohammed Emwazi, in his mid to late 20s and crossed into Syria sometime during 2012.  Emwazi was born in Kuwait but grew up with a wealthy family in West London and obtained a college degree in computer programming.  After graduating from college, he became more radicalized and left to join jihad.

British officials are admitting they had been watching Emwazi for at least five years after returning from a job with a computer company in Kuwait.  He was imprisoned by British officials when he returned to the country.

“I had a job waiting for me and marriage to get started,” the BBC reports Emwazi as writing in a June 2010 email. “[But now] I feel like a prisoner, only not in a cage, in London, a person imprisoned and controlled by security service men, stopping me from living my new life in my birthplace and country, Kuwait.”

He escaped to Syria in 2012.

Prime Minister David Cameron declined to comment on the identity of the terrorist.

Senior ISIS Commanders Killed In Air Strike

Al Arabiya is reporting that a number of ISIS leaders have been killed by an American air strike.

ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was en route to the area of the strike but officials were not able to confirm if he was at the site of the strike during the attack.

Dozens of leaders and members of the group were killed in the strike.  A hospital source said that at least 17 ISIS terrorists are dead and another 29 wounded; many of the wounded were in critical condition.

Local residents in al-Qaim said that many ISIS buildings and key institutions were struck by the strike.  The terrorists locked down the city and said that all citizens were prohibited from leaving their homes after the attack.

ISIS reportedly called for reinforcements from Syria after the attacks to help evacuate the dead and wounded and also to try and strengthen their hold on the town.

Three Arrested In New York For Supporting ISIS

Three New York residents have been arrested in connection with support and attempts to join ISIS.

The three men, two with Uzebkistan citizenship and the other Kazakhstan, wanted to “wage jihad” and one said he would attempt to kill the President if he was ordered to do so by ISIS leadership.

The men were identified in the complaint as Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev,  24, a resident of Brooklyn and a citizen of Uzbekistan; Akhror Saidakhmetov, 19, a resident of Brooklyn and a citizen of Kazakhstan; and Abror Habibov, 30, a resident of Brooklyn and a citizen of Uzbekistan.

The men were focused upon by federal authorities after making online statements supporting ISIS and calling for others to join with them to support ISIS.  They also posted online in foreign message boards attempting to recruit new ISIS members.

One was arrested at JFK Airport trying to board a plane to Turkey.  The other two men had place tickets for travel to the region within the next month.

The group also had plans to conduct domestic terror attacks if they could not make it to join ISIS in Syria.

“We will vigorously prosecute those who attempt to travel to Syria to wage violent jihad on behalf of ISIL and those who support them,” U.S. Attorney Loretta E. Lynch said in a statement. “Anyone who threatens our citizens and our allies, here or abroad, will face the full force of American justice.”
