A Fox television station in Minnesota has discovered a shocking and potentially earth-shattering discovery about a member of the Islamic extremist group ISIS.
A member of that extremist group had top security clearance at the Minneapolis airport.
Abdirahmaan Muhumed, who recently died while fighting with the terrorist group, had full access to the airport, tarmac and all the aircraft that entered or left the airport for ten years.
KMSP reports that Muhumed, who leaves behind nine children, reportedly only worked the one job at the airport and experts say on his salary alone it would have been impossible to provide for his family. An investigation is underway to find out when he was first approached to work with Islamic terrorist groups.
Authorities now say that as many as 15 men and one woman have fled the Minneapolis area to fight with ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
“We are in your state, we are in your cities, we are in your streets,” ISIS said in a statement directed at the United States.
The video of Islamic terrorist group ISIS beheading a second American is much harder to find on the internet thanks to a secret coalition of the biggest social media and streaming video outlets.
An anonymous source revealed to the Times of Israel that Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others agreed to work together to keep the video from being uploaded and spread throughout the world on their systems. Copies of the video uploaded to YouTube were deleted within seconds of their upload so other sites could not link them.
“It’s been very interesting, with this second beheading, how very little of those images have been passed around,” said Family Online Safety Institute CEO Stephen Balkam, who serves on Facebook’s safety advisory board. “It’s very difficult to find them unless you know of some darker places on the web.”
The Times of Israel also reported that after the first beheading video the social outlets decided to take a stand against the terrorists spreading their hate online.
The networks involved refused to give media interviews although YouTube released a statement saying they have clear policies to remove videos aimed at inciting violence.
Online privacy advocates said the censoring of the video could be a very dangerous precedent although most would endorse a way to keep the video from the internet if the discussion of the incident could continue to freely flow.
An American journalist who was brutally beheaded by the Islamic terrorist group ISIS was the grandson of holocaust survivors who had a passion for the Holy Land.
Steven Sotloff had moved to Israel in 2005 to report on the conditions there and the suffering of the Israeli people by the terrorist groups that surround them on all sides. He also traveled around the middle east reporting on the problems caused by Islamic extremism on the average Arab.
Sotloff was kidnapped by Islamic terrorists in August 2013 at the border between Turkey and Syria. Two weeks ago, ISIS showed him in a video and said that they would be killing Sotloff if the U.S. did not stop air strikes against their forces.
Sotloff’s friends in Israel said that he was a passionate reporter and that he said he wanted to live life to the fullest and have “a story [he] could write a book about.” They knew something was wrong in August 2013 when he said he was leaving on a trip for a story and immediately disappeared from social media.
“He was well aware of the risks involved in his work,” a friend identified only as Abigail told Jerusalem Online. “In Syria he was almost killed by stray bullets fired at him.”
Sotloff was 31.
Former Cuban president Fidel Castro is blaming the United States and Israel for the creation of the Islamic terrorist group ISIS.
Castro says that Israel’s intelligence agency teamed up with U.S. Senator John McCain to create the terrorist entity. Castro made the claim in an article he penned for the Cuban state media and translated by Russia Today.
“Many people are astonished when they hear the statements made by some European spokesmen for NATO when they speak with the style and face of the Nazi SS,” Castro wrote. “Adolf Hitler’s greed-based empire went down in history with no more glory than the encouragement provided to NATO’s aggressive and bourgeois governments, which makes them the laughing stock of Europe and the world.”
The 88-year-old Castro has officially been out of power since his resignation but many western diplomats say that he is still consulted on any major decision for the country. His views on America and Israel likely will continue to be the stance of the nation until his death.
A Christian man in Iraq has been used “as an example” by the Islamic terrorist group ISIS in an attempt to intimidate other non-Muslims in the region.
Salen Matty Georgis, 43, had stayed in the Christian town of Bartella after ISIS overran the Iraqi forces protecting the town on August 7th. Georgis had a heart conditions that made it impossible for him to travel.
After living in hiding for three weeks, Georgis ran out of food. ISIS seized him immediately after he left his home.
“The [terrorist] patrol arrests him and tried to force him to convert to Islam,” a relative who did not want to be identified told the Christian Post. “He completely refused [to renounce Christ.] The militants beat him and tortured him until he died in their hands.”
“The international community cannot remain silent about the existential threat that Iraq’s Christian communities are facing. We are witnessing the emptying of Christians from their homelands,” Todd Daniels of International Christian Concern said. “We applaud the United Nations for meeting regarding these human rights abuses, but in the face of such horrific violence, action must be taken to ensure the protection of these communities.”
A 13-year-old Christian boy that escaped an ISIS prison camp told reporters that he saw beheadings, stonings and crucifixions carried out by the terrorists. Other Christians were forced to watch the killings.
Republican congressmen have been raising the alarm about the Islamic terror group Islamic State, saying that the group already has plans in place for a takeover of the United States.
Now, NationaLReview has released an outline of the plan that is based on a tactical guide released after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
The first phase is “attrition” where they carry out attacks in an attempt to recruit more terrorists and to build morale in the established group. The second phase is to build an army to keep ground gained from the initial offensive. The third phase is to use their army to launch “dramatic assaults” to destabilize the government of the country they wish to possess.
“By means of these mujahadin conventional forces, the mujahidin will begin to attack smaller cities and exploit in the media their successes and victories in order to raise the morale of the mujahidin and the people in general and to demoralize the enemy,” the terrorist author writes in a passage quoted by National Review. “The reason for the mujahidin’s treating of smaller cities is that when the enemy’s forces see the fall of cities into the mujahidin’s hands with such ease their morale will collapse and they will become convinced that they are incapable of dealing with the mujahidin.”
Versions of the plan have been found at Islamic terrorist training camps around the world since 2008.
The document clearly says multiple times the enemy are “Jews, Christians and their agents.”
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is making a strong public stand for imprisoned American pastor Saeed Abedini.
Kerry cited the hardship of Abedini’s family and the fact it’s almost two full years since Abedini has been wrongly imprisoned for his faith.
Kerry also spoke out about other Americans imprisoned in Iran.
“The United States respectfully calls on the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to release Amir Hekmati, Saeed Abedini and Jason Rezaian to their family and work cooperative with us to find Robert Levinson and bring him home,” Kerry said.
Lawyers for Abedini say that he has been under death threat from ISIS terrorists within Iranian prisons. The Islamist group sees Abedini as an emblem of western Christianity and his killing would be a seen as a symbol to Islamic terrorists.
A second American in two days has been reported killed while fighting with the Islamic extremist group ISIS.
Abdirahmaan Muhumed of Minneapolis reportedly died in the same battle as Douglas McArthur McCain whose death was announced yesterday. Muhumed’s family says they’ve received a photo of the 29-year-old’s body but that the State Department has not confirmed it.
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said they were working to confirm the man’s death.
The U.S. military has been striking ISIS locations in Iraq as part of a campaign to assist Iraqi and Kurdish forces who are trying to drive the terrorists out of the northern part of Iraq.
Muhumed, who is confirmed to be the father of at least 9 children, told Minnesota Public Radio earlier this year that he was fighting for the terrorists.
A Muslim has to stand up for [what’s] right,” Muhumed wrote in a Jan. 2 message. “I give up this worldly life for Allah.”
He said he was “happy” that people considered him a terrorist.
The FBI reports up to 100 Americans have been confirmed to be fighting for the terrorist group.
A Catholic priest is speaking up on behalf of tens of thousands of displaced Christians who believe the Muslim-led government in Iraq abandoned them to the Islamic extremist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.
“The people are angry because the government just gave up on them. They told us that, in Mosul, where there had normally been a presence of 60,000 soldiers, after the onslaught of ISIS, in only a matter of hours, these soldiers abandoned them, laying down their weapons,” said Fr. Rami Wakim in The Catholic Herald.
Many Christians have been forced to flee to the Kurdish regions of the country where Kurdish fighter groups have protected them.
Fr. Wakim said that most of the churches in the region are unable to hold full services inside their sanctuaries because they are filled with people sleeping on mattresses and piles of clothing because they have nothing left after fleeing Mosul and other areas overtaken by the terrorists.
“People look up to priests and bishops as the only solution, the only help they can get at a time where — of course we need to pray with them — but at this time prayer alone doesn’t seem enough and actions are required,” Wakim added.
The influx of Christian refugees is overwhelming the refugee centers in many of the areas and some aid groups have been told that they will have to transport refugees to other villages.
