I was honored to be part of the staff that traveled with Pastor Jim and Lori back to Heritage USA.

A month before this trip, I felt God speak to me that something incredible was about to happen. Pastor Jim’s honoring at Daystar along with a strong rumbling in the supernatural all stirred me to think that God was about to move. And He did!

Everyone who went with us to Heritage seemed to have their own personal visitations with God. Mine started in the Upper Room. The moment I walked in, I didn’t want to leave. The presence of God was so peaceful. I had clarity in my spirit, like the day I was saved. The honor of being on camera all three days to witness Pastor Jim’s return to PTL was more than prophetic, it was like a supernatural pivot point on the End of Days timeline. God working through the impossible and proving that He lifts up those who humble themselves became real. Pastor Jim being honored before my eyes proved the Lord God Almighty is in control.

A healing presence filled the Upper Room during an evening service. Seeing God empower our students in prophecy, hands of healing, their own healings, and signs and wonders along with many of our staff laid out under the power of the Holy Spirit signaled again, God met us there. So many wonderful pioneers of Heritage shared great stories, bolstering my faith in what we should expect ahead at Morningside.

God spoke to me so personally each day. One evening, God arranged an unexpected meeting over a meal with Mike and Cindy Jacobs where God met with me. Still trying to grasp all the strands of divine insight on my life, I am changed forever. The word of encouragement God kept speaking over and over to me was simple, “Faithfulness.” Because my Pastor remained faithful to God through the worst possible situations, God was able to lift him up.

Shouldn’t we all stay faithful even more as The Day approaches?

Truly, as a first time visitor to Heritage, I was blessed. Now, it is our turn at Morningside to dig in deeper and shore up the vision God has given Pastor Jim. Let’s increase our faithfulness to this ministry, here and now. As God has poured into Pastor Jim a clear direction, I want to see Morningside carry the glory of Heritage on and push Morningside forward into the next great move of God.

As each one of us honor Pastor Jim’s leadership by supporting this ministry as peacemakers, servants of each other and all our partners and hard working ministers, we cannot fail.

So, I can’t wait to see someone with a greater testimony write an article soon titled, “My First Trip to Morningside.”
