Pro-Life Groups Mark Anniversary of Roe v. Wade

Revelation 21:8 KJV “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

Editor’s Note: Throughout the scriptures, God has made it clear that shedding innocent blood is murder, and no murderer will enter heaven. In addition to the death of the unborn baby, abortion also substantially harms the women and many times, families, husbands, boyfriends and a whole sphere of relationships connected to and surrounding each abortion. Often, lifelong guilt and other social, relational, spiritual and even physical problems follow the murder of innocent babes in the womb. Pastor Jim Bakker believes that this issue, abortion, may be the single most significant issue that brings God’s judgment on this nation more than any other.

Pro-life groups held a rally in Topeka, Kansas to mark the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision that lead to the murders of over 55 million babies via abortion in the last 40 years.

The Kansas site was chosen because of Kansas governor Sam Brownback’s staunch opposition to abortion and the passing of laws in the last two years to restrict abortion access.

The rally comes as President Obama said that people needed to “recommit” to supporting abortion.

“Women should be able to make their own choices about their bodies and their healthcare,” he said in a statement released by the White House.

The “Roe” in the case, Norma McCorvey, in later years announced the attorneys who represented her used her as a pawn. She became a pro-life activist encouraging women not to kill their babies.
